A proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Diamond earned both her Master's and undergraduate degrees, laying a strong foundation for her future in leadership. Her educational background has equipped her with a unique perspective on the importance of knowledge, strategy, and efficiency, all of which are core values she instills in every aspect of her work.

Before starting Cornerstone Defense, Diamond honed her skills in various administrative roles, where she worked closely with educational teams, law enforcement, implemented safety and security systems, and provided support that drove organizational success. Her years in education further deepened her understanding of the power of learning and growth—principles that continue to inspire her approach to business today.

As a dynamic leader, Diamond is dedicated to the mission of Cornerstone Defense—creating meaningful impact while prioritizing client success and satisfaction. Paul Quinichett Co‑Founder / Lead Consultant

Paul Quinichett brings a broad and seasoned background in security leadership shaped by service as a retired Charlotte‑Mecklenburg Police Officer, a U.S. Army combat veteran, and a professional with international security and corporate ministry security experience. His career spans high‑stakes environments where preparation, clarity, and sound decision‑making are essential.

During his law enforcement tenure, Paul served in both patrol and school resource officer roles, gaining firsthand experience in threat assessment, crisis response, and community‑centered safety practices. His military service, including a combat deployment to the Middle East, further strengthened his ability to operate effectively in complex and rapidly evolving environments.

Beyond public service, Paul has contributed to corporate security operations and international protective work, supporting organizations that require discreet, mission‑aligned safety strategies. His experience includes developing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and guiding ministries and businesses through practical, sustainable safety improvements.

While Paul has more than two decades of firearms and defensive training experience, his primary focus today is on organizational security readiness, leadership development, and helping churches and companies build systems that protect people without disrupting culture or mission.
